Stanton joined the firm as an associate in 2025. His practice focuses on representing private and public sector unions and workers before the National Labor Relations Board and California Public Employment Relations Board, in federal and state court, and in arbitration.

Before joining the firm, Stanton worked as Field Attorney in Region 20 of the National Labor Relations Board, where he investigated and prosecuted violations of federal labor law. During law school, Stanton worked as a research assistant for Professor Catherine Fisk, researching state law initiatives for app-based independent contractor standards. He also worked as an Investigative Intern for the EEOC, assisting in the investigation and prosecution of violations of various federal discrimination statutes. Stanton served as the Student Note Editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law and represented individuals as part of Berkeley’s Consumer Rights Workshop.

Stanton moved to California to attend law school and has enjoyed living in the Bay Area since. He lives in Oakland with his partner and their cat Jolene.
