Pareesa joined the firm as an associate in 2023. Her practice focuses on representing public and private sector unions and workers in arbitration, in federal and state court litigation, and before the National Labor Relations Board and the California Public Employee Relations Board.

Prior to law school, Pareesa spent time working as a legal administrative assistant for criminal defense attorneys on the Private Defenders Panel in the Bay Area. During law school, Pareesa spent her summers working for the Chief Judge on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C., and interning for the ACLU of Southern California as part of the First Amendment and Democracy Team. Pareesa also participated in several clinics throughout law school, including the Labor and Economic Justice Clinic, the Unhoused Resident Outreach and Advocacy Clinic, the Human Rights Litigation Clinic, and the First Amendment Amicus Brief Clinic.
