Jenna is an associate who represents private and public sector unions and workers before the National Labor Relations Board and California Public Employment Relations Board, in federal and state court, and in arbitration.

Prior to joining the firm, Jenna was a legal extern at the National Labor Relations Board where she assisted with the investigation of unfair practice charges, and also worked at the California Teachers Association where she helped represent California educators. During law school, She participated in UCI Law’s Immigrant Rights Clinic, advocating for immigrant rights in Santa Ana, CA and determining whether the Orange County Sheriff’s Department complied with state immigration laws. She also took part in the Union Grievance Assistance Project and the Transgender Legal Assistance Clinic.
