Michele has practiced labor law exclusively since 2001, with an emphasis on ERISA actions. Michele joined Rothner, Segall & Greenstone in 2005, and is Of Counsel.  In addition to representing multiple trust funds in ERISA matters, Michele has represented unions in arbitrations and at both City and County Civil Service Hearings.

Prior to 2001, she practiced in the area of general civil litigation. Michele was a Loyola Public Interest Law Foundation Grant recipient, leading to an internship at HERE Local 11 and her current focus on labor-related issues.
