Laura is an associate who represents private and public sector unions and workers before the National Labor Relations Board and California Public Employee Relations Board, in federal and state court, and in arbitration.
Prior to joining the firm, Laura worked as an intern for Judge Jed S. Rakoff in the Southern District of New York and as a summer associate at Altshuler Berzon in San Francisco, where she helped litigate cases brought under Title VII and the Voting Rights Act. She also worked as a Law Clerk at Bay Area Legal Aid, assisting clients with applications for Supplemental Security Income, preparing clients for questioning during administrative hearings, and appealing application denials. As a student at Berkeley Law, she participated in the Wage Justice Clinic and served as Senior Supervising Editor of the California Law Review.
Laura received her M.S. from the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She has published articles in the ILR Review and the European Journal of Industrial Relations.
