Sarah represents public and private sector workers and labor unions in mediations, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and state and federal litigation. She also advises unions on organizing and collective bargaining.

While in law school, Sarah was involved in UCI Law’s Civil Rights Litigation Clinic, where she worked on trial and appellate cases regarding protesters’ rights, qualified immunity, municipal liability, wrongful death damages, and Guantanamo Bay detainees. She externed for an Administrative Law Judge at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Los Angeles and a Bankruptcy Judge at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. She was an Oralist on UCI’s Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and the Diversity and Outreach Coordinator for UCI Law’s Journal on International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. Sarah was also Co-Founder and Co-Chair of UCI’s Muslim Law Student Association.

Sarah is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance.
