Harold represents labor unions, workers, and nonprofit organizations in trial and appellate litigation, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and factfinding hearings.  He also regularly provides advice to unions on collective bargaining, organizing, legislation, local government law, and a wide range of other matters.

While a law student, Harold was a Peggy Browning Fellow at a teachers union, a summer associate at a labor-side public interest firm, and a contributor to OnLabor.org.  He also served as co-president of the Harvard Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and as an editor of the Harvard Law Review.  Before attending law school, Harold worked as a public elementary school teacher in New York City and as a program coordinator at a progressive Korean American advocacy organization in Los Angeles.

Harold is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance.
